What if my parcel is lost? Will I get reimbursed?

If you have not received your order, we will need to raise a full investigation with our couriers, which can take up to 2 weeks to confirm with them that you have not received your parcel. Once we can confirm this, we can either refund you or re-dispatch your order (stock willing). Please inform us as soon as possible so that we can start the investigation.

I want to purchase an item but i don't have a paypal account?

Don’t worry if you don’t have a paypal account. You can set one up very quickly and easily. You can set one up once you got to checkout and pay. Or you can pay via debit/credit card via paypal without setting up an account. Having a paypal account makes completing a transaction quick and easy.

Is it possible to Return & Exchange?

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you will have to return/exchanging it by courier. CLICK HERE to learn more about our simple returns process

 

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Once your order has been placed, if you need to change or modify it please email us on info@doyennestatements.co.uk within 24 hours. If your order has already been processed and packed, we will not be able to meet your request.

 

Do you restock items that are sold out?

Because we are a boutique, our inventory is very limited and exclusive. Items that are out-of-stock will be marked as Sold Out. You will be able to click 'notify me when back in stock'  and we will notify you via email once it's back in stock. Unfortunately some stock will not be replenished. 

 

Do I need to register before placing an order?

You do not need to register before placing an order. You may register as soon as you have finished shopping, or check out as a Guest. Our registration process is fast, free, and will save you time for future purchases so we would recommend registering.
